In my eight years as a driver for Shipley, I never felt like just another number. My managers had my back and I was supported with proper training and certifications. In addition to competitive wages, there were also bonuses and opportunities for extra pay. Since transitioning into management, I’ve experienced tremendous support from the entirely Shipley team.
