When you sign up with Shipley for natural gas, you will receive a welcome letter. This welcome letter informs you which rate you signed up for and the length of your contract. You will receive a notice 30-45 days before the end of your contract, which will specify your expiration date and provide new pricing options. You can always reference your most recent renewal notice to see when your current rate expires.
Prior to your existing fixed rate contract coming to an end, we will send you renewal notifications in the mail letting you know that your existing contract is getting ready to expire and outlining your options moving forward.
