When you sign up with Shipley for electricity, you will receive a welcome letter. This welcome letter informs you which rate you signed up for and the length of your contract. You will receive a notice 30-45 days before the end of your contract, which will specify your expiration date and provide new pricing options. You can always reference your most recent renewal notice to see when your current rate expires.
