Lost our heat late Saturday afternoon-Derek called to say he’d be here by 6. He actually arrived and finished before that. He was very pleasant about having to travel to Lebanon on a Saturday evening. He explained what the problem was and how he solved it. He made sure the furnace was functioning properly and that we had hot water before he left. Great job done in a pleasant manner!! Thank you!

I've been an oil customer of Shipley for years. This morning, I woke up to no hot water. Ran to work, took care of a few things and came home. Used the chat feature to request a service tech to come out. Super easy, and super quick to make a request for service. Tech called me a few minutes later saying he was on the way. He arrived, fixed the problem - explained what had happened and was gone all within an hour of me making the online request. Amazing.   Shipley - Wes was my technician today; and he is a very valuable member of your team. He represented your company very well. I could not be happier with his service.

Very knowledgeable and affordable when they came to my house to service my AC unit. Customer Service was great as well. Since having my AC serviced, I've signed up for them to supply natural gas and electricity to my house. It was a smooth transition and the customer care team was able to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend!

Since deregulation in PA, I review my energy (Gas & Electric) at least once a year. I was amazed with how easy it was to convert my electric service to Shipley Energy. They not only had one of the lowest rates, but also the online process was quick, very easy, and I received emails explaining my account had been created and the cancellation to my previous supplier. Would definitely recommend to family and friends shopping for a new utility provider

I called to find out what time my propane tank would be installed today.  Rebecca Fisher was extra helpful.  She went out of her way to provide me with the info.  She explained everything very well.  I'm glad I chose them.  They were also very prompt on the delivery.  The other companies I called were a 3-week wait versus Shipley's 6-days

Came home from being away for a week amd didnt realize in the new home how much propane we would use. Called other companies, including the one that serviced here before, and they all told me a week (wind chill currently at 0). Called shipley, set up automatic delivery, and for a small service fee got same day delivery!

I've been a Shipley Propane customer since 2015.  After experiencing a very large spike in my propane prices from Shipley, I did some research and called their customer support. Kat and Steve addressed my concerns, re-billed by two previous high price propane invoices, and locked me into a competitive rate going forward.  It's always nice working with a customer service department that speaks clearly, acts quickly, and is empathetic toward a valued customer's concern.  Thanks guys - greatly appreciated.
