The Shipley Energy Rewards program rewards you with 3% rewards back on most energy products! Each month you earn points for every dollar spent on energy. These points can then be redeemed for Shipley Energy products and services, or gift cards at over 100 of your favorite retail brands.

How to Enroll

As a customer, you can enroll in the Shipley Energy Rewards program when you sign up for an energy product by providing an email address. Once an email address is on file you will receive sign-up and login information for your Shipley Energy Rewards account. Points start accumulating as soon as you pay your first bill.

+ What is the Shipley Energy Rewards program?

The Shipley Energy Rewards program is our way to show our appreciation for allowing us to serve as your energy and home services provider. It lets you earn points for each purchase, and redeem your points for great rewards!

+ Can I get points if I have more than one Shipley Energy product or service?

Definitely! All qualifying Shipley Energy purchases receive points. You can get points for electricity, natural gas. heating oil, propane, HVAC, and other residential products and services. There may also be chances to get extra points for using more than one Shipley Energy service, and special promotional points offers from time to time.

+ How do I redeem a gift code on the Rewards Program website?
+ When I use my points, how long until get my reward?

You can use your points towards Shipley Energy products and services. Also, you can use them for any merchant listed on the site. There are over 100 different places to choose from, and more are added all the time.

+ Do my points expire?

Points expire 12 months after issued if they are not used. When you use your points to get a reward, there are a few validation steps to claim your reward. You have 90 days to fully claim your reward. Once your reward is claimed, each merchant has their own policies that dictate whether and when they expire.

+ What if I have missing points?

You can verify your purchases on the My Point History page. Points post to your account within approximately 14 days after your service is purchased. Still don’t see your points? Call customer service at 1-800-839-1849.

+ How are points calculated?

Points are based on the dollar amount you spend. Some services may have a different amount of points per dollar spent. In the My Points History page, you can see your history and the points you received.

+ Why can I see negative points in My Points History?

If you are issued a refund, return, or cancellation, the points from that purchase will be deducted. When you use a service contract to cover parts, service, or repairs, you may see points awarded and then removed for those transactions if you were not charged for them.

+ What happens to points if there is a refund/cancellation?

If you make a return or are issued a refund, credit, or cancellation, the points you received for that purchase may be deducted from your points balance.

+ Can you replace lost rewards codes?

After you use your points to redeem a reward and claim that reward, we cannot replace lost codes that were issued by third party merchants.

+What if I forget my username or password?
