Shipley Energy’s Summer Internship Program delivers substantive, real-world opportunities across several key business areas—including finance, IT, marketing, human resources, energy operations, and more. With a program that spans approximately ten weeks (mid-May to early August), interns are integrated into cross-functional teams, entrusted with meaningful projects, and mentored to cultivate professional growth. Impressively, over 35% of interns go on to become full-time employees Shipley Energy.
