Shipley Energy Named 39th Best Large Employer in PA

Best Companies Group identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in Pennsylvania.  Each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics are evaluated to determine the rankings. Additionally, an employee survey is conducted to measure the overall employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

Best Places to Work in PA honors the best places of employment in Pennsylvania in three categories: small employers (15-99 employees), medium employers (100-249), and large employers (250 or more). To be considered, companies must be a publicly or privately held business; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; have a facility in the state of Pennsylvania; have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in Pennsylvania; and be in business a minimum of one year.
